The power is delivered to the vaporiser unimpeded, and without adjustment or safety features, and wants to be understood accordingly. It is not advisable, and can even be dangerous, to attempt to manipulate voltage or other functions on a mech mod without safety features, with little physical knowledge. If you are interested in unregulated battery packs, but are not yet familiar with them, then ask, learn and do not move on this adventure until you are completely comfortable with the necessary knowledge!
