PX Pro/Pro 2 cartridges: say goodbye to leaks with Liquidlock

What sets the PX Pro/Pro 2 cartridges apart from the previous generation is Liquidlock technology. No more problems with leaks, even the most stubborn ones like those caused by a change in atmospheric pressure. If you're a vaper who likes to take to the skies in an aeroplane, or if you're used to climbing mountains by the sweat of your brow, Liquidlock technology is going to change all that.

To make your PX Pro/Pro 2 cartridge completely watertight, all you have to do is turn the drip tip anti-clockwise a quarter of a turn. This will block the supply of e-liquid to your coil, so the e-liquid has no chance of escaping from the tank. You'll also need to put your drip tip in the locked position to proceed with filling, as the Liquidlock holds a trap door that secures the filling orifice. Don't forget to unlock the Liquidlock when it's time to take another puff.

What equipment can I use the PX Pro/Pro 2 cartridges with?

SX Mini's PX Pro and PX Pro 2 cartridges are compatible with all Puremax pods. However, only the PureMax V2 pod has enough power to use the 0.4 ohm PX Pro 2 cartridge.

The different versions of SX Mini's PX Pro and PX Pro 2 cartridges:

SX Mini offers a number of versions of its cartridges so that MTL vape enthusiasts and RDL draw aficionados can find what they're looking for.

• PX25 Pro | 0.6 ohm cartridge: RDL draw - 18W to 25W - PG/VG from 50/50 to 40/60 - recommended nicotine levels up to 12 mg/ml.
• PX20 Pro Cartridge | 0.8 ohm : MTL draw - 14W to 20W - PG/VG from 60/40 to 50/50 - recommended nicotine levels up to 20 mg/ml.
• PX12 Pro | 1.2 ohm cartridge: MTL draw - 10W to 12W - PG/VG from 80/20 to 50/50 - recommended nicotine levels up to 20 mg/ml.
• PX35 Pro 2 | 0.4 ohm cartridge: RDL draw - 27W to 35W - PG/VG from 50/50 to 30/70 - recommended nicotine levels up to 6 mg/ml (only compatible with Puremax V2).

Filling the PX Pro/Pro 2 cartridge:

• Place the drip tip in the locked position.
• Remove the cartridge from the battery.
• Slide the hatch.
• Fill with e-liquid.
• Close the hatch.
• Return the drip tip to the unlocked position.
• Replace the cartridge on the battery.

Replacing the PX Pro/Pro 2 cartridge:

• Remove the old cartridge.
• Clip on a new cartridge.
• Warning: if the coil is new, prime it well by letting it soak in e-liquid for 10 minutes before vaping. If you notice a reduction in flavour or a burnt taste, it's time to replace your cartridge.
