OXVA NeXLIM Cartridges: make way for the UNITECH 3.0 generation
The NeXLIM cartridges from OXVA evolve with the new UNITECH 3.0 technology. They retain the Dual Mesh principle that has made the range so successful: both Mesh elements work together in Boost mode and alternately in Eco mode, depending on the pod used.
The real update mainly concerns e-liquid management. OXVA announces an optimised absorption surface, faster saturation and a completely redesigned internal structure. The aim: a cleaner, more consistent cartridge with less risk of spitback and leaking.
Each cartridge features a 4 mL tank with a built-in coil. Once the coil reaches the end of its lifespan, simply move on to the next cartridge.

UNITECH 3.0: what actually changes?
With this generation, OXVA keeps the operating principle that already made NeXLIM cartridges so appealing: a Dual Mesh architecture capable of working differently depending on the mode selected on the pod.
UNITECH 3.0 technology does not reinvent that principle. Instead, it mainly focuses on improving what happens around the coil.
OXVA notably announces an optimised e-liquid absorption surface, allowing full saturation in around 30 seconds, as well as a condensation collection chamber three times larger.
In practice, the goal is simple: feed the coil more effectively, reduce spitback, help prevent leaks and maintain an enjoyable vape from puff to puff.
Eco or Boost: Dual Mesh is still part of the formula
NeXLIM cartridges retain their Dual Mesh architecture. Depending on the mode used on your compatible pod:
- Eco: the Mesh elements work alternately to prioritise battery life and overall lifespan
- Boost: both Mesh elements work together to produce a more intense and generous vape
This operating principle already existed on the previous generation. The real UNITECH 3.0 evolution therefore lies mainly in e-liquid management.
4 mL and side filling
Each NeXLIM cartridge features a 4 mL tank, generous enough to reduce the need for frequent refilling, even with the more powerful resistance values.
How to fill your NeXLIM cartridge
- open the silicone tab on the side of the cartridge
- fill the tank with your e-liquid up to 4 mL
- carefully close the filling port
- Important: with a new cartridge, allow the coil to saturate for a few minutes before vaping. Even though the manufacturer announces 30 seconds, taking a little extra time is still the safer option.
Which NeXLIM cartridge should you choose?
NeXLIM cartridges cover several vaping styles, from fairly tight MTL to more generous RDL.
- NeXLIM 0.6 ohm: RDL vape - 20 to 40W - recommended PG/VG ratios from 50/50 to 40/60 - recommended nicotine strengths up to around 12 mg/mL
- NeXLIM 0.8 ohm: open MTL to RDL vape - 12 to 32W - recommended PG/VG ratios from 60/40 to 40/60 - recommended nicotine strengths up to 16 mg/mL
- NeXLIM 1.2 ohm: MTL vape - 10 to 25W - recommended PG/VG ratios from 70/30 to 50/50 - recommended nicotine strengths up to 20 mg/mL

When should you replace your NeXLIM cartridge?
Because the coil is built directly into the tank, it cannot be replaced separately. Once it reaches the end of its lifespan, the entire cartridge needs to be replaced.
A few signs usually indicate that it is time to install a new one:
- flavours become less precise or less intense
- vapour production decreases
- an unwanted taste starts to appear
- a burnt taste becomes noticeable
Lifespan will depend in particular on how frequently you vape, the power used and the composition of your e-liquid. Very sweet recipes tend to clog coils more quickly.
