Attached to MP Extra Lithium, Vap Procell has created its own batteries made in France. Although the technical characteristics of its batteries are similar to those of the competition (like Samsung INR or other Sony VTC), the difference is based on the regulation.

They are tested for fire resistance, short circuit reaction, drop, infiltration, shock, crush, thermal shock, overcharge, overdischarge and chemical stability. With its 2650 mAh capacity, the Vap Procell 18650 battery ensures you a long autonomy throughout the day.

A pulse discharge rate of 30A will allow you to use resistors from 0.15 ohm. Thus, you can use it with electronic and mechanical mods. Its charge and discharge voltage varies from 4.2V to 2.5V for a nominal voltage of 3.7V, ideal for using sub-ohm resistors. You will be able to easily reach 90W with a single battery and 150W in double.

18650 Vap Procell battery: optimized charging, but safety first!

The Vap ProCell 18650 2650 mAh battery has an optimized recharging system allowing it to be recharged in only 1h30 with an external battery charger (recommended).

The danger of an unregulated battery is based on the lack of protection against excessive discharge/charge and overheating. In order to prevent accidents due to misuse of the material, the Vap ProCell 18650 is IMR protected with a maximum discharge current (MDC) of 30A.

But also, the battery is protected against overheating via an automatic power cut system beyond 80°C. Finally, it has a regulated Wrap (heat shrink tubing) which ensures the insulation of the +/- poles to prevent short circuits. However, there is no power cut parameter for this purpose.

Each battery is supplied with a user manual, which contains the legal warnings with 30 additional recommendations.

Safety rules concerning the use of your 18650 2650 mAh Vap Procell batteries

In order to limit the risks of sudden discharge and short-circuit leading to the release of toxic gases, or even an explosion, we advise you to :

- Avoid carrying any metallic object (coins, keys, hardware, etc.)

- Do not carry them in your pocket or in a bag without any protection such as an adapted storage case or a silicone protection

- Locate malfunctions of the accessories connected to your batteries (Wrap / resistors / switch / contacts)

A good regular maintenance of your machines is advised for a better functioning of the elements.
