VDLV (DIY)

VDLV DIY: make your own French e-liquid

With its DIY range, VDLV puts its expertise directly into the hands of vapers. The principle is simple: instead of buying a ready-made e-liquid, you put together your own PG/VG base, one or more concentrated flavourings and, if needed, nicotine.

You can then adjust your recipe to suit your habits: more or less flavouring, the nicotine strength that works for you and a base suited to your device.

Everything you need to prepare your DIY e-liquid with VDLV

Vincent concentrates: natural flavours at the heart of the recipes

With Vincent concentrated flavourings, VDLV returns to one of its historic signatures: working with natural flavourings to create precise and authentic flavours.

Fruits, mints, tobacco flavours and more indulgent recipes: the collection lets you prepare personalised e-liquids while rediscovering the flavour-focused approach that has accompanied VDLV since its early days.

Cirkus concentrates: let the flavours take centre stage

Looking for a slightly bigger playground? Cirkus or Cirkus Classic Wanted DIY concentrates bring the eclectic world of the famous VDLV range into DIY, with a wide variety of flavour profiles.

From fruity recipes and tobacco flavours to mints and more indulgent creations, Cirkus lets you either recreate a recipe you already enjoy or start experimenting with your own ideas.

VDLV bases: the starting point for your recipe

Before flavourings and nicotine, you need a base. VDLV DIY bases form the neutral foundation of your preparation and allow you to choose a PG/VG ratio suited to the way you vape.

Propylene glycol (PG) notably enhances flavour delivery and throat hit, while vegetable glycerine (VG) provides more smoothness and vapour. The right balance therefore depends as much on your preferences as on the device you use.

Le Booster Français: VDLV’s Nicotine Vapologique®

To add nicotine to your preparation, VDLV offers Le Booster Français. What makes it special? It contains Nicotine Vapologique® developed by VDLV, a pharmaceutical-grade nicotine extracted and purified directly in France by the manufacturer from tobacco plants grown in France.

VDLV therefore controls a particularly rare stage in the vaping industry: the production of its own nicotine. With Le Booster Français, you can precisely adjust the nicotine strength of your base or DIY preparation while using a product that brings together a large part of VDLV’s expertise.

Why make your own e-liquid?

The first advantage is, of course, customisation. With DIY, you decide the flavouring dosage, nicotine strength and PG/VG composition of your base. A recipe can therefore be adjusted gradually until it matches your preferences as closely as possible.

The second advantage usually becomes obvious fairly quickly once you reach for the calculator: making your own e-liquids can significantly reduce the cost per mL, particularly for vapers who regularly consume larger quantities of e-liquid.

And then there is the pleasure of creating. Start with a Vincent or Cirkus concentrate, get the dosages right, then experiment if you feel like it.

How do you prepare a VDLV DIY e-liquid?

A DIY preparation is based on three main elements: a PG/VG base, a concentrated flavouring and, if needed, one or more nicotine boosters.

Start by determining your desired final volume and nicotine strength. Then add the required amount of booster to your base before adding your flavouring according to VDLV’s recommended dosage. Mix thoroughly and allow your preparation to steep for the recommended amount of time.

Dosage and steeping time may vary depending on the concentrate, so it is best to follow the recommendations provided for each product.
