Les Pollinisateurs by Protect continue to expand their quirky little menagerie. This time, we are heading into the heart of the night with The Bat, ready to leave its cave behind and offer you a delicious fruity vape.
The Bat e-liquid combines an intense, lightly tangy blackcurrant with a round and juicy grape. The first brings character, while the second adds smoothness and indulgence. A barely noticeable ultrasonic hint of freshness makes an appearance, but there is no major icy chill on the horizon!
Made with a 100% plant-based base using vegetable monopropylene glycol, The Bat comes as 50 mL in a 75 mL bottle. Its 40/60 PG/VG ratio offers a good balance between flavour delivery, smoothness and vapour production.

The Bat e-liquid comes in a 75 mL bottle filled with 50 mL of flavour-boosted e-liquid. It contains no nicotine: simply add your boosters to reach your desired strength, then shake the bottle thoroughly.
If you vape without nicotine, you can also top up the bottle with a neutral base.
Good to know: the 75 mL bottle leaves up to 25 mL of free space. To preserve the full intensity of the blackcurrant and grape, however, we recommend keeping any additions to around 20 mL maximum.
The Bat also stands out thanks to its 100% plant-based base. Here, Protect replaces traditional propylene glycol with plant-derived monopropylene glycol, combined with vegetable glycerine.
This formulation maintains good fluidity and precise flavour delivery while remaining true to the plant-based approach developed by the brand. An interesting feature for vapers who prefer e-liquids formulated using plant-derived raw materials.
With its 40/60 PG/VG ratio, The Bat strikes a good balance between flavour, smoothness and vapour. The higher VG content adds roundness to the grape, while the vegetable monopropylene glycol allows the blackcurrant to retain all its aromatic intensity.
To get the most from this ratio, we recommend using coils between 0.4 and 0.8 ohm. This range is particularly well suited to RDL draws and moderately powered e-cigarettes.
