Maturation (Steeping) of Red Astaire:
The manufacturer recommends a dosage of 15% for a 50/50 base.
So that the flavors are diffused in an optimal way in your mixture base / concentrate, it is strongly recommended to let your e-liquid mature. The duration of Steeping depends on the type of flavor you have mixed.
