The 6 mg pack contains a 60 ml bottle filled with 40 ml of liquid. Two 10 ml flavored 70PG/30VG nicotine boosters are included in the pack so you get a 60 ml blend boosted to 6 mg/ml.
Pulp e-liquids in 60 ml don't need to steep because the boosters have the same flavor as the e-liquid! A good vigorous shake will do.
