The 3 mg pack contains a 60 ml bottle filled with 50 ml of liquid. A booster a 10 ml flavoured 70PG/30VG nicotine blend is included in the pack, so you get a 60 ml boost in 3 mg/ml.
The pack 6 mg contains a bottle of 60 ml filled with 40 ml of liquid. Two boosters of nicotine 70PG/30VG of 10 ml and flavoured are included in the pack to obtain a mixture of 60 ml boosted in 6 mg/ml.
Pulp e-liquids in 60ml do not need steep (maturation) because the boosters have the same flavour as the e-liquid itself!
