But for now, let's return to its design, as Smok has done a fine job on this lightweight, compact pod. There's a wide choice of colors to choose from, whether gradient or plain, it's up to you. Either way, you'll be treated to a high-quality zinc alloy design.

On the functional side, you'll find everything you need to vape the way you want. A 0.69" screen, "+-" buttons to make your settings and a fire button to send the sauce. You'll also find an adjustable airflow for a customized draw.

Pod Smok Nord C: Good on all levels

Armed with its 50W of maximum power, the Nord C pod hits the high street. You'll enjoy an airy DL vape, but also a more restrictive RDL-type vape, depending on the RPM 2 resistor used. The Nord C pod's chipset keeps things simple, offering just one mode - the most widely used - the inevitable variable wattage, which lets you set the wattage between 5 and 50W.

The Nord C cartridge from Smok:

To ensure that this Nord C battery doesn't end up as a paperweight, a cartridge is required. In this kit, you'll receive a Nord C cartridge holding up to 4.5 ml of e-liquid, to be filled from the top by removing the cartridge's removable drip tip. To make sure the flavors and vapor are there, you can count on RPM2 coils, compatible with the Nord C cartridge. To accompany this Nord C pod, two RPM 2 coils are included, one 0.16 ohm for direct inhalation and one 0.6 ohm for a tighter RDL vape.

- RPM2 Meshed 0.16 ohm: DL overhead vape - for use between 25 and 50W - ratio 50PG/50VG to 20PG/80VG - compatible with low nicotine levels (up to 6 mg/ml).

- RPM2 DC 0.60 ohm: restrictive vape RDL - for use between 12 and 25W - ratio 70PG/30VG to 40PG/60VG - compatible with e-liquids up to 12 mg/ml nicotine.

How to fill your Nord C cartridge :

Remove the removable drip tip from the cartridge.
Insert e-liquid into the opening.
Replace the drip tip.

Install a coil in the Nord C cartridge:

Remove the cartridge from the battery.
Simply press the coil under the cartridge.
Replace the cartridge on the battery.
If the coil is new, prime it well before vaping by putting e-liquid on the visible parts of the cotton or by letting it soak for about ten minutes in a full tank.
