Our offers are intended for consumers over 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from using the FREEVAP.CH website and its products and services. The items displayed on the site are available while supplies last. The validity of offers and prices is guaranteed within 8 days.
In case of debit or collection of an order for an unavailable item, FREEVAP.CH, undertakes to offer a credit note or refund the customer within 30 days. FREEVAP.CH undertakes to notify by e-mail the customer who has placed an order for an unavailable item.
Presentation The products offered for sale are those described on the site. FREEVAP.CH takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of its products in order to provide the customer with the best possible information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
In any case, in the event of non-conformity of the product delivered in relation to its description on the site, the customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the guarantee of conformity of FREEVAP.CH, which will proceed, as appropriate, either to an exchange or to a refund of the price (in whole or in part) possibly charged.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (including 7.7% Swiss VAT). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without prior notice, but the products are invoiced at the price at the time of the purchase order.
6.1 : Payment
The customer validates his order as stated below. This validation implies the acceptance of the present general sales conditions. The customer interested in an article visible on the FREEVAP.CH site follows the following process to establish his order. After clicking on the "confirm" icon and after having verified the specifics of the order (colour, quantity, product, price, etc.), the customer validates the choice of the selected product(s) by clicking. If the customer benefits from a special offer, he/she must first enter a code that has been allocated to him/her in the field provided for this purpose. At the time of his first order, the customer has a form to fill in containing the following information: title, surname, first name, full delivery address, email, date of birth, telephone number. On this occasion the customer creates a password. The customer has the option of paying by credit card directly on the site. After having validated his method of payment, the customer definitively and irrevocably validates his order with the effects indicated below.
Payment by credit card on the site: The customer validates his delivery and billing address, the product and the total price. They provide their credit card number, expiry date and CVX code. Finally, he validates his order by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
PAYMENT WITH INVOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS with our Partner swissbilling. swissbilling SA is a service provider, that allows you to receive your order with an invoice in a simple and secure way. The Invoice will be sent from swissbilling separately from your order, per email or regular mail, depending on your choice. swissbilling’s services are based on a fix fee and your maximum order for the first purchase is CHF 500.00. The invoice is payable within 30 days. For security matters, shipping address and billing address must be identical. swissbilling keeps the right to have a credit check control done through it’s partner CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel.: 044 913 50 50, www.crif.ch).
6.2 : Default of payment
FREEVAP.CH reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
6.3 : Checking payments
FREEVAP.CH controls all orders that have been validated on its site. These controls aim to protect FREEVAP.CH from abusive practices by fraudsters. Our services may ask you for all the documents necessary to release your order: proof of residence or debit in your name, or proof of residence in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address etc... These requests will be made by e-mail: - For an order with a delivery address different from the billing address - For new customers - For an order over 150 CHF.
To ensure the security of payments, the FREEVAP.CH website uses the secure payment service of Concardis. This service integrates the SSL security standard. Confidential data (16-digit credit card number, expiration date, and CVX code) are directly transmitted encrypted to the bank's server without passing through the physical media of the FREEVAP.CH server.
When the order is validated: The payment request is routed in real time to the secure telepayment manager. The latter sends an authorisation request to the credit card network. The telepayment manager issues an electronic certificate which will be considered as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code.
You can also make secure transactions from Twint, SwissBilling, Postfinance and by bank transfer.
Customers who have already made a purchase on the FREEVAP.CH website can choose a password that will allow them to avoid having to fill out the order forms again when placing subsequent orders. A customer who has already registered is recognized on the site as a FREEVAP.CH customer. The password used by FREEVAP.CH customers is strictly confidential and personal. Under no circumstances may it be disclosed or communicated to anyone.
In the event that a FREEVAP.CH customer loses or forgets his or her password, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the FREEVAP.CH site administrator at [email protected], who will issue a new password within 48 hours, which will automatically replace the old one. In order to facilitate the identification of the customer by the simultaneous provision of the e-mail address and password, the customer expressly authorizes FREEVAP.CH to deposit on the customer's hard disk a file called a "cookie" whose sole purpose is to facilitate said identification.
9.1 In general :
- All products purchased on the FREEVAP.CH website can be exchanged free of charge or refunded within a maximum of 14 days after the date of purchase.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- All products purchased on the FREEVAP.CH website can be exchanged free of charge or refunded within a maximum of 14 days after the date of purchase. Products must be returned at your own expense to : VAPE-R -SHOP, SAV Freevap, Rue de Simplon 28, 1800 VEVEY (refund of shipping costs by credit voucher up to CHF9.00 depending on the material. The costs of returns concerning an order error on the part of the buyer cannot be reimbursed), and a return form must reach us within the same legal time limit (14 days after the date of purchase).
9.2 In the event of late delivery :
In case of late delivery, the customer has the right to revoke the order under the following conditions:
- The order exceeds the announced delivery time of 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- The customer informs the customer service of his right of revocation so that the order can be cancelled before receipt of the package.
In case of delivery of a defective product, FREEVAP.CH products are guaranteed as follows:
FREEVAP.CH products, including and limited to: battery, USB charger, USB cable, wall adapter, charging case are guaranteed for a period of 3 months after the date of purchase. This excludes natural deterioration due to use of the product. Defective products will either be repaired or exchanged.
Cartridges, atomizers and clearomizer are consumable parts and therefore do not benefit from any warranty.
Delivery is FREE from CHF29,9 and without customs fees!
For all orders below CHF29.9, the shipping costs are at the buyer's charge up to a fixed amount of CHF 8/6.50€.
The products will be delivered within a maximum of 24 hours if the order is validated before 13pm on the day of shipment, and if there is no slowdown of the Swiss Post. Average delivery time: 24/48h
Important:
The delivery of the products remains the responsibility of the buyer. We entrust the orders to the Swiss Post. You will be sent a tracking number. We recommend that you contact Swiss Post to check that your package is being delivered and to investigate the causes of any problems that may have occurred during delivery. If Swiss Post is unable to deliver the order to the address you have given us, it is your responsibility to go to the distribution centre to collect your order, or to call Swiss Post to reroute the delivery to the address of your choice.
You agree by reading this document to take full responsibility for the use you make of the product ordered on FREEVAP.CH. Some e-liquids sold on the FREEVAP.CH site contain nicotine, and all contain propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and food flavors. It is strongly recommended to consult your doctor before using e-liquids sold on FREEVAP.CH.
The effects of nicotine can be stimulation, a feeling of relaxation, tranquility or alertness. The carcinogenic properties of nicotine, separate from inhalation via tobacco, are not yet evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer.
The batteries of electronic cigarettes can cause electrical discharges and inhalation of e-liquid vapour can cause suffocation in some cases. For any problem, consult your doctor immediately.
All FREEVAP.CH products without exception must be kept out of reach of children.
FREEVAP.CH cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss or allergic reaction that may occur as a result of using its products.
For all stages of access to the site, consultation, filling out forms, placing orders, delivery of items or any other service, FREEVAP.CH has only an obligation of means.
Consequently, FREEVAP.CH cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network and totally external to the diligence and precautions taken by FREEVAP.CH. In particular, FREEVAP.CH cannot be held liable for any disruption in the supply of the service, or for any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus.
Similarly, any event qualified as force majeure in the sense of the jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation totally exonerates FREEVAP.CH of any responsibility.
All elements of the FREEVAP.CH site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of FREEVAP.CH. Any hypertext link to the FREEVAP.CH site using framing, deep-linking, in-line linking, or any other deep-linking technique is strictly prohibited.
In any case, any link, even tacitly authorized, must be removed upon request from FREEVAP.CH.
FREEVAP.CH, for the needs of the service, reserves the right to collect nominative data relating to the users of the site, in particular by means of the "cookie" referred to in Article 8. To this end, the FREEVAP.CH site is registered with the CNIL under the number 164164. FREEVAP.CH also reserves the right to transfer commercially the data it collects on its site.
In all cases, and in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, any user or customer of the site may at any time object to the commercial use of said data and also benefits from a right of access, rectification and deletion of the data concerning him.
